Return Policy

At Farfalla Jewellery, we aim to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
International delivery times vary by destination and usually take 5–14 business days.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing and delivery times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer. Farfalla Jewellery is not responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return (this will be stated on the product page).
Return Process:
Contact us to request a return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us.
After inspection, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is covered by us.
For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
