Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Farfalla Jewellery website, outlining the rights and obligations of both parties.

Products & Payment
Product details, prices, and specifications are listed on the product pages.
Payments are processed securely via the selected payment method.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within the stated processing times.
International deliveries may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Customs duties and import responsibilities belong to the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

However, the following items may be excluded:

Hygienic products (such as earrings)
Personalized or custom-made items
Returns & Refunds
Returns must comply with the conditions outlined in the Returns Policy.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.

Acceptance

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms of this agreement.
